Six Figure Dinners is an exclusive peer advisory group of fellow CEO’s that share and compound knowledge to accelerate your success. The group is designed to support and empower small business owners with annual revenues between $1MM and $5MM. We provide a unique combination of monthly dinner meetings, a fractional Board of Advisors, and access to a network of expert consultants across various fields.

Meet Our Team

Andrew Martin

B2B & B2C Board Chair / Group Facilitator

Andrew is a co-owner of JARA Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in and operates businesses across various industries, including financial services, recruiting, digital media, and real estate. Prior to this, he owned and managed 11 Menchie's Frozen Yogurt locations and a Menchie's Food Truck, which he sold in 2014. Andrew's other investments mainly target small to mid-sized consumer industries.

He earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in Brand Management. Before pursuing his MBA, Andrew led a sales territory at The TREX Company in Boise, ID. Throughout his career, he has volunteered in various capacities, such as offering pro bono mediation services and assisting underprivileged families in improving their living situations.

Aimee Kennard

B2B Vice Chair / Executive & Workforce Management

Aimee is a relationship-driven leader who excels in business development, operations process management, and sales & marketing. Her cycle of success and learning has allowed her to become a strong business leader with an entrepreneurial approach, providing creative and customizable solutions to drive organizational growth and development. Aimee's experience spans industries and business units for small, mid-sized, and large corporations.

Having spent twelve years of her career with a national recruiting firm, Aimee supported the Houston market before evolving to assist national accounts, ultimately driving and managing CWS alongside senior executive leadership. As a strategic thinker, she recognizes the importance of execution and fostering a culture with experienced team members who are committed to development, fulfillment, and success.

Joi Beasley

B2C Vice Chair / Strategy, Development, Performance

Joi is a dynamic, high-energy executive with a proven track record of optimizing business results. With over 25 years of experience in executive management, leadership development, and board service across various industries—including management districts, healthcare, education, and business chambers—Joi consistently drives success.

For the past 14 years, she has been the CEO of GOGO Business Communications, a B2B print-on-demand and communications company. Joi also served as the Executive Director of Houston's Women's Business Center, where she coached women-owned businesses in navigating and sourcing SBA loans and funding. In addition, she is the Chief Strategist of Alabaster Business Development, a private firm that provides coaching to executives and consulting services to organizations in various sectors, such as public sector governments, policing, law firms, restaurants, and workforce solution firms.
